These terms cover TheGamerFix repair service and the transactional SMS program.
Repair estimates
We diagnose your device and provide an estimate before paid repair work proceeds. If you decline a quote or we cannot repair the device, you do not pay for the repair attempt.
Local service
TheGamerFix provides local console and gaming PC repair service from our Murrieta location. Repair charges are quoted after diagnosis and paid before the repaired device is released unless another written arrangement applies.
SMS program terms
Program description
TheGamerFix SMS messages are transactional service messages from TheGamerFix, operated by Tabesh Corp, about repair requests, quotes, repair status, pickup or drop-off updates, payment or invoice notices, and customer support.
Frequency and rates
Message frequency varies by repair activity, payment, and support needs. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to SMS is not a condition of purchase or repair service.
Opt out and help
Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for help. You can also call 951-300-4915 or visit the support page.
Delivery
Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. We may send links or updates related to repair status, estimates, invoices, pickup, drop-off, or support.
